How we select, assess, and score casino operators on this comparison platform.

Editorial principles

Our comparisons are intended to give readers a useful, balanced perspective on selected UK-licensed casino operators. We aim to identify practical strengths and limitations — not to create promotional content for operators or to push readers toward a particular choice.

How operators are selected

Inclusion on this site requires a current, active UKGC licence. This is a non-negotiable entry requirement — we do not list operators that are not licensed to serve UK players.

Beyond licensing, we consider operators that are actively available to UK players, have a functioning and reviewable product, and where we are able to conduct a reasonable editorial assessment. We do not include every licensed operator — the selection reflects what we have been able to independently assess.

How scores are formed
